River City Nails opened its doors in 1994. Owned and operated by Donna Jensen, River City Nails specialized in nail enhancements and pedicuring. In 2001, the salon moved to its current location at 1715 South Federal in Mason City. In 2018, River City Nails became River City Nails & Skin – specializing in skin care, nails, and permanent makeup.
